All orders will ship in a timely manner within 2-5 business days, unless stated as a pre-order item. If for some unforeseen reason, your order is going to take longer than expected, we will send you an email giving you an update. If you're unhappy with an order that is going to take longer than normal, please respond and we will be happy to make it right. 

At times, we may have a mistake in our inventory. If this happens, you will be contacted immediately and offered another item or a refund. We hope this doesn't ever happen to you.
